Good explanation! It may have a lot to do with the engineered foods that were introduced between 1928 forward
Another study says that LDL is indeed a problem, but its a very very small one next to the other risk factors. Its like 9th in the list of magnitude. So if we can get the other advantages with the diets that cause a bit of a LDL rise, its a good deal actually!
