Don't worry about it. Just eat Fatty ruminant meat that you can afford, much better than all the other crap.

How can you not like this video? What are we paying extra for in the beef, eggs, and organics we choose to eat? Why aren't we talking about sustainable farming, you know, the kind where we have the cows/goats are out front, the chickens are in a fenced in Mobil hen house following behind and the pork brings up the rear? I'll be checking out paleo valley. So tired of being misled. Say what you mean, mean what you say. Thank you for the video, information, and clarity on the ridiculous terminology... pasture raised, cage free, made in the USA... shame on us, shame on the USA...we are bought and paid for, thank you our elected officials, you're bought and paid for and I'm sure you're proud of it. I remember an interview with a major food CEO when asked, " What one thing would you do to provide the healthiest choice for your family"? The answer, he replied ,"Whatever you eat, make it yourself". Crazy huh? Can't trust your food, can't trust medical advice, and can't trust your elected officials. I would say research everything, but, that's being guided...talk about paranoia! Reminds me of a song by Kinks...destroyer

I know how to fix... new policy. All food should be tested/sampled for nutrients by the government, then MADE AVAILABLE TO PUBLIC (per company/farm/location). I would include actual levels of pesticides to. We don't have transparency in our food system (same with medical/big pharma). Other countries have better rules. It is possible. However, It very likely will never happen because industry lobbyists would object (not profitable/increase costs/socialist bla bla bla). I was buying shredded coconut the other day. I was surprised that it had propylene glycol (food grade radiator fluid). Why? Are profits so important that corporations are willing to poison their customers with artificial flavors, preservatives, chemical dyes, emulsifiers and toxic additives? Maybe it's only the foreign companies killing Americans... Again, we need regulations that favor the customers not the corporation's bottom end.

In my twenties I woke up my roommate in the middle of the night to take me to the emergency room when all it was was gas. So embarrassing. I was extremely clueless then, and it took another 20+ years to become interested and then to put into practice what I learned and continue to learn from people like Autumn and some of Jesse's other guests, such as Tom Cowan. I hate that we were lied to. I love the dream of regional farming in the hands of the people.

Carnivore for almost four years. What I've learned. Getting certified by being Organic or say Grass-fed Association cost the farmers time and money. It still doesn't mean their meat is always good. I bought beef online from a "regenerative farm" once and the grass fed rib eyes were tough as nails. Their ground beef was fine. Buy what you can to eat right. Regular Prime beef is still better than fast food. I stick with grass fed from Whole Foods, local butcher and regular supermarkets. All taste slightly different. I avoid restaurants since their beef isn't grass fed and some of them don't even use real butter. I also don't want their seasoning on my meat. Don't obsessed with this stuff. You're still eating better than most on Carnivore.
