Unless someone owns a farm, grass finished and organic everything is out of reach of the general public these days.
It's a big change to cut out so many processed foods, but hearing how much it can help with inflammation makes it feel worth it. The struggle is real, but so are the benefits. ❤

Dr Jesse is the best, I received aortic and mitral steel valves at 47 in 2009. I have been listening to Dr. Chappus and others and have cut out sugar, wheat and some carbs. I also intermittent fast, only because I am on warfarin, so I do not miss my meds. I also have PNET non functioning cancer, healthy eating is or has been good for me
