My swedish oncologists are completely unintetested in discussing wether my hypertension was caused by lack of NO, solved it myself with beets, my BP this morning 117/77 my oncologist wanted to attribute it to placebo. Got the hypertension from my Abiraterone treatment.
1:11 Symptoms 10:30 Chronic Disease
Finding Nathan Bryran is an eye opener, and will change how I approach Keto, and put carnivore on hold as he is addressing health issues I still have.
My test strip showed pale. Next day, I ate a big bowl of arugula and greens like cooked broccoli and zucchini. Next day my test strip was deep purple.
I love all these videos. You have take each one with a grain of salt. I am 68 and I feel that diet is key for us. I feel it effects every aspect of our life. I tried every diet and so far the only one that has been a game changer is the carnivore life style. I am not hard core i still drink coffee and maybe a no fiber carb once in while. I do not have to take any prescription drugs either.
This gentleman points to lack of Nitric Oxide as the single causative issue in major chronic disease. Yet others insist it's mitochondrial insufficiency, and ATP Krebs Cycle disfunction. Is there a way these are linked? Or does it come back to , more than one explanation means that basically, no one knows still what causes these dysfunctions??? Taking Apple Cider Vinegar is going to fix aspects of insulin activity and carbohydrate metabolism - why? Perhaps it's time all these researchers came together to see if they have a common cause, or whether they are all still missing some vital factor.
I stopped mouthwash that I seen in another video. I have many of these symptoms and Iβm almost 60 and I couldnβt figure out what was wrong with me I think this is exactly it!
A few teaspoon of sea salt with iodine dissolved in a quarter cup of water is a good mouth disinfectant. Not sure if it kills nitric oxide
It's getting that balance. Everything within moderation. For example eating too much spinach can kill you.
