I'm a 51 year old female who changed my physical and mental health 6 years ago eating a ketogenic lifestyle. Over the last 3 years, I've been mainly eating a carnivore diet. I started lifting heavy & strength training over 2 years ago. I'm thriving, and September 19th, 2025, will be my Ketoversary! ✌️ ❤️ 💪
My children are adults now. How I would love to go back in time and feed my children, my husband, and myself The Proper Human Diet.

I am so grateful to have discovered Dr. Berry’s channel. He is doing very important work. I am 42, and I was vegetarian for over 20 years, then omnivorous for five years — the worst years ever! I have now been following a 90% carnivore diet for about three months, and I can feel that I am deeply healing long-term health issues such as SIBO, IBS, chronic fatigue, hair loss and skin problems. It was not easy to start eating meat again at first, but now I feel grateful to the animals that help me heal. Food is no longer just food for me — it is medicine.
Dr. Berry…. to those who listen…. is literally life saving. I’ve listened. 70 lbs down, now normal A1c, joint pain gone, energy up, sleep apnea resolved. Will never, ever go back. Currently 155lbs. Goal is 130lbs
