This way of eating put my 18 year's of Ulcerative colitis into remission for over 4 years and I'm off all medications.
All my life I was taught that animal fat is bad and I am 63. But now thanks to this Doc and a few others I now understand the proper human diet

How many yolks can I eat? Such a silly question. Notice no one asks how many apples can I eat in a day? And they eat pesticides all day long. People are brainwashed these days.

I started carnivore diet 11 days ago lost four pounds and my knees feel great and my ankles are not swelling . I'm thrilled❤
When I went keto over 5 years ago, I remember that eating fat seemed so wrong because of what we were told all our life. It was the most difficult part of the change for my brain to comprehend. I never eat low fat anymore, rarely eat chicken, opt for ribeye over fillet. Now I eat mostly meat and feel better than probably 30 or more years ago and I’m 64 now.

Thank you, Dr. Berry. Thanks to your advice, my husband and I started carnivore 3 1/2 years ago, and we're never going back to SAD.
I think about all of the people who didn't have this info for the last 75 years. How unfortunate. My dad after his heart attack, got diabetes. He followed all of the Dr recomends. he lived another 30 years, but frailly. He could have had a much better life.
