This "extended" format is, to me, sooooo much better, in terms of enjoyment as a watcher. If I were you, though? I'd do whatever the heck I felt like! You're doing 10/10 already, just some thoughts I wanted to drop. Greatly appreciate these longer videos 🙇

"A dash will do, Boo Boo." Lol Chef, you are ADORABLE (Coming from a Nonna here, so relax, not a stalker.) Your vids are informative and entertaining (loved it when you dropped the yellow onion, bc every time I step in the kitchen, something lands on the floor, so I can relate). ❤

I just found you – I didn't realize how much I needed you in my life! Yes, bok choy (baby boks if you can find them!), grow your own Thai basil (totally worth it!), and keep the recipes coming!

I grow it. So, it makes me happy to see someone finally showcasing Thai Basil. It's amazing. She's right. Bok Choy is the ingredient that elevates so many dishes.
