I remember hitting a point where I realized nobody was coming to fix my life for me. It was a scary thought at first, but then it became the most empowering thing I’ve ever understood. Progress didn’t happen because I was confident — it happened because I was tired of letting fear make decisions for me. One line I came across in book called The Unseen Law by Kael Noven stuck with me: that every tiny step forward is still movement. Ever since then, I’ve been choosing small steps, every day, and somehow everything started shifting around me.
This is so true. My job turns me into a stress filled monster, all I think about is work, even on my days off. This weekend, I've had to force myself to do anything but work. I've worked on catching up on my scrapbooking, cooked, got my nails done, started reading "Limitless", and have listened to several podcasts. I feel better but I've realized I'm really ready to retire!
You might be a complete stranger, but I’m still wishing you peace, progress and something good today. I know the burnout that comes from doing everything right and still struggling. That was my life until I stumbled across Cosmic Attravia by Pagizo. It helped me see what was really going on, why things weren’t flowing and how I was unknowingly blocking myself. I’m not exaggerating - my energy, my focus, even my finances changed in ways I can’t explain. Maybe this message is the push you’ve been needing. Keep going. You're closer than you think. ❤🥰
I used to think overthinking was just part of who I was. Always analyzing, always fixing, always preparing to be hurt. But the truth is — I was avoiding stillness. Because in stillness, there’s no performance left. What the Silence Tried to Say by Alira Sennel wasn’t loud. It just asked the kind of questions I’d never been brave enough to sit with. And somehow, that silence spoke louder than anything else.
This is so helpful. Thank you, Mel! 🙏 Here are the 5 ways: 1. REDIRECT YOUR BRAIN TO A PROJECT to focus on as creativity boosts happiness. 2. LOOK FOR ❤💞💜 as this exercise strengthens reticular activating systems (RAS) in your brain, which filters information and helps you focus on what's important. 3. Program your brain to help you get what you want in life through MANIFESTING by intentionally embedding information through repetition (refer to Dr. Jim Doty's episode with Mel - book "Mind Magic"). 4. DIRECT YOUR THINKING WITH ONE SENTENCE (in the morning) "Today is going to be a great day because XYZ" At night, "I am grateful for XYZ." 5. QUIET YOUR MIND by practicing mindfulness by observing your thoughts without attaching to them as studies show that detaching from negative thoughts reduces stress and rewires your brain for positivity. LOVE YOU, Mel! 🥰Thanks! 🙏
I'm watching this while decluttering our house. You're voice is like a medicine for me...I'm so burned out and tried listening to different kinds of music, but I'm still depressed, but listening to you changed my mood real quick! Thanks a lot!
I was a nurse for a long time, 45 years. I don't know much about deep space or deep ocean - the real frontier is our brains. Someone can have the 'same experiences and upbringing as another did" - a traumatic event happens and one person rises to the challenge and thrives - the other one is destroyed. It was fascinating to me. I ended my nursing career as a Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse. It was a privilege and honor to serve so many people in 45 years. Thank you Mel for sharing all the info that you do.❣
I’m 40 and I’ve spent most of my life fighting with my own thoughts. Some days it feels like my brain is working against me instead of for me. Hearing Mel break it down into simple steps makes it feel less overwhelming, like maybe I can redirect this energy instead of letting it eat me alive. It’s not easy, but this gave me a bit of hope today. Thank you. 🙏
Coming from Spotify here, but I couldn’t leave a long comment! Wow, this episode feels like it came into my life at exactly the right time. I’ve just finished the LET THEM audiobook, and I can’t even begin to explain the profound impact it’s already had on me and my journey. I hope this comment isn’t too much information, but I just feel the need to share. I’m a 27-year-old student trainee psychotherapist in the UK, about to become qualified. Throughout my life, I’ve battled personal demons, including childhood trauma that led to an eating disorder and body dysmorphia. Recently, I was diagnosed with adult ADHD, which has helped me better understand my personal processes and how my brain works. Your direct yet loving podcasts have become such a source of comfort for me, helping to reignite my self-belief and reconnect with the beautiful light that’s always been inside me. I’m so grateful for your vulnerability and for sharing such intimate stories with us. Some of these stories have inspired me to share my own for the first time. Thank you for giving me that courage. You’ve also given me many a “kick up the ass" moments that have motivated me to keep moving forward. I can’t thank you enough for nurturing and inspiring so many people, myself included. Thank you for teaching me how to give myself permission to honour my body and mind, take responsibility for my needs and actions, and improve my relationships with others. You’ve helped me understand not only those around me but also myself. You've played a huge role in building my confidence, breaking negative cycles (including generational ones), and giving me permission to believe in my ability to create a better life. I’m eagerly awaiting the UK tour dates to be announced. I hope you truly realise the incredible difference you’re making in the world. Thank you for spreading so much love. I love you! Ella
