Question one: How am I doing right now? That one stopped me in my tracks because I'm not doing well. Im 75, going on 76, and newly divorced, I filed, trying to sell my home and our business. My best friend moved away, and my sister is newly post-op from breast cancer. Our friends have pretty much disappeared. It's just me and the two dogs. I've found an outlet and made friends playing pickleball and trying to finish a book I started 3 yrs ago... It is overwhelming at times. As lonely and anxious, my life is at times, and I'm grateful for what I have. The unfinished business with my ex, the house and business, and concerns about money have me anxious...My God, and I still have 4 more questions to answer...I like to think of myself as being pretty pragmatic. A situation arises, and I will dust it off, find a solution, and move on. Right now, the dusting seems futile. Thank you for being there offering advice, asking the questions...and so i am forging ahead.

I am at a crossroads in my life. How do I feel right now? I am anxious. I have been married 26 years to a man who turned out to be verbally abusive. I am 60 years old and fearful. This is my life. I am trying to find my voice. Thank you for introducing Jefferson Fisher to me.

At 62 almost 63, I started clogging. Never taken a dance class. Didn’t know one step. Didn’t know anyone in the class. Now at 65, I can’t imagine not dancing! I have been blessed with the best friendships, enjoy public performances & the exercise aspect is great. Mel, take the hip hop class. In clogging, we don’t mess up…we just free styling!!!😂♥️

Even 20 minutes a day just to enjoy a coffee can help. We need to enjoy something once a day.
