As someone whose mom is allergic to all alliums (onions, garlic, leeks, chives, shallots, etc.), she's been asking for her version of this exact challenge for years. Would love to see more of this!

I can’t imagine having these issues and having financial struggles at the same time as I’m sure many people do. These ingredients are NOT cheap and no doubt EBT funds wouldn’t last long. I feel for those people 😢

huge day for those of us with an insane list of food allergies

As someone with Celiac Disease I hadn't really internalized just how much of a difference it makes as a viewer to see something you can *actually* eat on a cooking show until seeing that burrito. It almost pulled away the usual barrier of separation I have with food related content and instead of feeling "Oh that's cool and looks good" I felt "Damn I could really eat that right about now". I'm so happy to see you guys being so open and exploratory with allergy cooking on this channel. There may not be a ton of us, but rest assured people with dietary restrictions do notice the effort being put in and do appreciate all of it.
