Josh whats the AO3 account pleaseπ
The haunting soundtrack over Josh completely mandhandling the carcasses and disgracing the lobster spirits
Josh Josh Josh, I am a butcher and a rib roast does not have to be prime grade to be a prime rib roast. The βprimeβ in prime rib comes from the fact that it comes from the primal cut of the rib section.
Having someone off to the side to just look up whatever Josh is currently yapping about is a fantastic idea
I'm a relatively sporadic viewer, and honestly I'd just like to say that I appreciate Josh's odd combination of 'extremely talented and erudite chef' and 'absolutely unhinged chaotic gremlin' energy.
I'm BEGGING mythical kitchen to hire someone for their English subtitles. I rely on subtitles a lot bc of auditory processing issues, but recently I've felt I more frequently have to pause and rewind to actually understand whats being said due to incorrect subtitles π like literally at the end the subtitles say, "I'm already covered in Greece" instead of "grease". Errors like these have been popping up more and more recently and it makes it harder for me to watch this channel despite how much I love it π
Josh: complains bartender at craft beer bar says he doesn't like beer. Josh: "I don't like mashed potatoes. Here's how to make mashed potatoes."
βOh my god, with the beeping! NOT EVERYTHING HAS TO BE A COMPUTER! This used to NOT be a computer, with numbers. It was just a FIREβ¦that you put a pan onβ¦ Doing it for hundreds of thousands of years, man. Iβm not crazy.β I felt that in my soul. Computer burners, computer fridges, computer washing machines, computer cars. These things used to all just work. No screens, no beeps, just regular machines that worked. Iβm so old.
For a man who praises slop based foods, I'm surprised he doesn't like mashed potatoes lol
I'm not a barometric scientist, or a viscosity engineer, or any of the strange specific people you've suggested hiring over the years but I am a retired nuclear engineer if you ever want answers to the questions you're shouting into the void.
