Africa is one of the last places where becoming a mid to large scale landowner is still a realistic prospect.
As an African living outside of the continent, so many of us are moving back home to secure our future, long term planners are already ahead of the game.
Go north, south, east and west in Africa and top it off with São Tomé IS NOT AN OPTION. São Tomé cancels your passport once you obtain more than two others.
“Citizenship is infrastructure, not identity” - the main reason Western countries are trying to down these programs
Great information well delivered. Thanks
Great presentation You nailed it, between the north and south, 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 I'm adding Morocco because of wishful thinking, and people often sleep on Tunisia which really reminds Malta, S.Italy, Greece vibes. Rwanda is a stand out, but from an investment standpoint, southern Africa has great potential, especially for getting status to move into a key critical growth sector as a national and not a foreigner (some countries have or plan caps on foreign participation). So places like Zambia and Zimbabwe are off most radars yet are punching above their weight in critical minerals and key metals like copper Need data centres, every developed country is massively increasing electricity transmission, more robust power grids ect, more robotics and EVs ect all of this requires power transmission lines and those transmission lines use copper, Zambia and Zimbabwe have plenty (as does South Africa) and the big players are knocking, those countries are demanding local production not merely raw materials exports, that drives up FDI, professional jobs, capital inflows and consumption ect The west has a few hurdles to climb ect, but things are changing fast, and the momentum is shifting, Ivory Coast is a standout and the global demand for the abundant uranium in the Sahel ( now that France can't exploit more) is growing because nuclear power plants is back on the rise globally especially with developed countries in Europe, Japan sees it as it's best option to avoid hydrocarbon risk and the US ect The landscape is changing fast
Egypt, Senegal, Nigeria, Angola, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania...
Rwanda and South Africa are on my list
East Africa; don’t overlook Tanzania or even Seychelles. Kenya has US& France military bases, so I think there’s a lot of citizen surveillance there by western powers…UN has their offices there as well. So it’d depend; are you trying to get away from big brother or you’re comfortable in their clutches. West africa check Cape Verde
The Ghanaian passport is the best passport in Africa because it can take you to a lot of places around the world Visa free, plus it's a stable country to live in
