This morning I looked into whether or not I can have a bee colony on my property in my city and a few hours later I see this video. Nice.

Honey is one of the few things, that actually brings my inflammation down at times. I've been suffering with severe gut issues for years. With fungal and bacteria overgrowths, dsybiosis, leaky gut and many food intolerances. So for the most part, many healthy things still cause me flare ups. Raw honey with it's antibacterial components, is sometimes the only things that can calm things. Even tho it still irritates the Sibo in a way too. But it will grab up some of those bad bacteria and bring my inflammation down. One of my favorite things is discovering new honey these days, that I wasn't familiar. Trying out the manuka, royal jelly and different local honeys.
