Paul you said it's cheap but your creatine is $44
I'm taking 5grams a day, hardly exercise but work 5 days a week. Have had big improvement in focus and thinking, and the energy for working- walking, climbing, lifting carrying. Great supplement for the working man, I'm 67. UPDATE- just weighed my scoop...I'm taking 9 grams not 5 grams.
After reading book You Are Stronger Than You Think from Cryptic Lore, I finally started to understand how low testosterone might be affecting more than just my workouts. Itβs about reclaiming your energy, confidence, and vitality. If you're someone who feels like your best years are behind you, this book might just show you how to turn things around by tapping into your bodyβs true potential.
100 grams a day leads to telekinesis.
Great video βguysβ 42 year old woman here, been doing 15g of creatine for the last 1.5 months. Game changer in terms of breaking strength plateaus, and fantastic cognitive function throughout the day (I have ADHD)
62 year old female here. I take 15 g a day. It has positively affected my weight training as well as cognition. It also destroyed, and I mean DESTROYED long-standing clinical depression. For me it has been life changing.
not gonna lie, i felt numb for months. like i was just surviving, not really living. then someone dropped Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in a yt comment and i gave it a shot. bro⦠this book gave me my edge back. not by yelling at me to hustle, but by showing me how to fix my foundation. life hits different now.
I knew there was no chance he was going to keep his shirt on.
Just got severe concussion 7 dsys ago and the first question from the doctor was if I'm taking creatine. He said 15 g is good for treating brain injury. I was taking 5 so have increased my intake ππΏπΈ
my creatine package came labeled as 'Trenbolone' and let me tell you what my gains are off the chain recently
