I am not a scientist so do not take my advice at all. All I can share is my personal experience using just H2 Tabs brand. Ive had severe degenertive disc disease since 2008. Two discetomy surgeries low spine. 2 months ago I had to have a L4 L5 fusion. Pretty major surgery. Started using H2 Tabs twice a day last 2 months. My surgeon was blown away from the results. My surgeon, one of the top spine surgeons in my area, started using the tablets after my last follow up even. My surgical wounds healed faster than hed ever seen. I was off pain meds after 1 week. No inflamation hardly at all. Very rare after a surgery like this. The rate of recovery post opp has exceeded all prior patients, even ones 20 years younger than me. I was back to work in 2 weeks. Most take 6 weeks. I also lost 20 lbs. Most people gain 20 lbs after these surgerys because you tend to not be very active for a while. I was walking 5 miles after 1st week. I could go on and on. Not only was the recovery miraculous according to my surgeon. I also have gained better brain function. My kids and wife have been sick twice last 2 months, I usually always get sick, but have not been sick once. My wife now takes it also. Sleep improved. Smell and taste improved somehow? Less fatigue. More energy all day. I even stopped drinking coffee after 25 years. Dont need it anymore. I wake up clear minded and refreshed now. Sex has improved greatly. Whole life has improved in so many ways. I feel 5 years younger already. This is all 8 weeks post opp from a major spinal surgery mind you. Most people go down hill for a while after something like this before they improve. If they do at all. Tsking these H2 Tabs has been the single best thing ive ever done. Ive tried a lot of different things before too. Idk...im just a regular blue collar guy. Physical decline ( the ignorant call it "aging") is caused by free radicals of oxygen breaking hydrogen bonds in DNA. Remedy: 1) Reduce stress; 2) Inhale Hydrogen 3) drink hydrogenated water.

Fantastic episode! Loved all the chemistry even though most of it was over my head. I just loved it. I wish all medical doctors had this level of understanding about bio-chemistry. I bet western medicine would look very different today.
