Man this one was refreshing! He wasn’t being aggressive or calling anyone stupid for their ways, he simply says “hey this is what I found has worked, but if you don’t need any changes in your diet no problem”

63 y o woman diagnosed with RA. In desperation I started carnivore 2 years ago. It did help for the first year. Lost weight, cleared skin. I knew I had to quit dairy. I recently started the lions diet. Desperate again with arthritis pain and I stumbled on your channel. Omgoodness. According to your calculator I received a meal plan. I am drinking raw milk with honey. No inflammation or bloating. I eat ground beef with raw egg yolk and honey. Absolutely delicious and I’m eating fruit without problems. My back is not aching. I’m walking better. I have unbelievable energy and I don’t get up during the night. ❤ Thank you.

What i eat in a day as a pregnant woman: Breakfast: Smoothie with banana, spinach, Greek yogurt, and milk - Snack: Cottage cheese with pineapple chunks - Lunch: Turkey and cheese wrap with lettuce and tomato - Snack: Celery sticks with cream cheese - Dinner: Grilled shrimp with couscous and roasted asparagus - Evening: Chamomile tea
