Description

Here's my fridge tour in Costa Rica… If you truly want to thrive, make meat and organs the center of your diet. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: http://lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt When trying to heal or improve your health, diet is the biggest lever you can pull... You may need to experiment with different foods to see what works for you, but I firmly believe that animal foods should be at the center of the human diet... After years of personal dietary experimentation, these are the foods that truly make me feel my best... It's easy to find quality animal-based foods almost anywhere... It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy. This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet... I have stopped eating cheese a while ago because I couldn't tolerate dairy, since I started watching your video, I started raw cheese and I have been doing good with it! I am so happy because I am French and cheese is such a big part of my culture. I also just found a raw milk farm next to me and getting my raw milk delivered this Monday for the 1st time, we will see how I do with it! Thanks for your tips!

Dr. Paul Saladino, you have helped change my life. I went from vegan for 10 years straight to carnivore. I felt really good at first but then started feeling the effects of no carbs. I didn’t want to give up carnivore so I started eating some gluten free bread and rice crackers. I figured they were processed enough and easy to digest that it wouldn’t be a problem. I started feeling a lot better. THEN I discovered the way you eat and eliminated the bread and crackers and am now eating fruit and raw milk for my carbs. I feel ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can’t believe how good I feel now, I spent so many years feeling terrible and got so used to it that it became my normal. I had really thought that being vegan was the best thing for my health and the planet. I was so wrong. Thank you so much for the content you put out, I can only imagine how many lives you’ve changed. The way you live your life and do everything is seriously goals for me.

I went from trying to reduce carbs and focus mostly on meat, to learning more about the animal based way and not fearing carbs and fruit. Now the more I listen to Dr Saladino and his animal based approach, it seems to me the most healthy, sustainable and well rounded approach to overall health. Love the content.
