Only thing I would add is plant life! Great source for natural air cleaning and quality. Snake plants are great for the bedroom.

Low key something i wish he’d talk about is what BRAND of clothes he likes and wears. There’s a lot out there that says organic cotton but then i send it back because it feels synthetic

I like that he is very open to say he is also not perfect and he is also doesn’t wear everything organic cotton, even up to this point all this information costs money and time, it’s crazy that people watch his videos and get this free information and still complain, he’s not a millionaire to be able to test everything that fast people
