When Bill Gates & other politicians give out diet advice I🏃 the other way!!
I eat eggs, bacon, beef (often raw minced), salmon, tuna, yoghurt, milk, butter, tallow pretty much exclusively. I feel absolutely amazing.
Eat either lamb or beef everyday this year since following Paul and I’m down from 157kg to 114kg no more gout no plantar fasciitis no more inflammation in my back . Just energy and happiness . I got my health back . This guys a legend can’t wait to hit 100kg in 2025
switched to your diet a week ago and feel like a light bulb went on inside my head. feel so much better. did not even know i could feel so good..also i play soccer and have more energy on the field and more explosive..
People dont understand that less is more. Meat, raw milk and fruit. That’s all. Feeling the best I have ever been.

Ex vegan here. I was vegan for 7 years and it ruined my physical and mental health. I used to be sick almost every two to three weeks, My digestive system was screaming for help and it took me 7 years to accept that I couldn't be vegan anymore. There are ZERO vegetables and fiber in my diet. I FEEL LIKE I GOT MY LIFE BACK.

I feel better than i ever felt since eating 90% Animal Based. I source my food from a local contributor that imports meat solely from NZ. Man Paul, i never would have thought that the content of my mind is so much influenced by the food we are eating. I feel energetic, peaceful and my mind is still in the midst of chaos. Much love from Thailand
