I drive in silence too. I quit the radio about 5 years ago. It's been actually really great. I also quit television watching at home. My mind is so much clearer and I spend so much more time thinking and spending time with my creator.

I’m a 64 year old male, for 13 years I wake up at 3:30 am even on my day off. I average 6 hours of sleep all my adult life and don’t feel tired. Oatmeal, hot ginger lemon organic tea with honey, green juice, red juice and about 10 quality supplements. Shower, shave and dress for gym. Walk to gym 2 miles, backpack with change of cloths. 5:30 am workout, walk to work. Standing and moving at work 4 to 6 hours. Average 15000 to 20000 steps a day. Walk home. Don’t drink don’t smoke. Average 70% protein, 20% fat, 10% carbohydrates. No retirement for me. Movement, work with young people, quality food intake, quality content intake, stay positive, wear a smile at the gym.
Honestly, Wanted to hate this guy for years.. today I gave up 😂 As a 31 year old father, I like the way he slows down and is intentional about everything. A message must needed today.
Not sure if you will see this Paul but the impact you have had on my life and overall health has been tremendous! God bless and thanks for sharing your lifestyle and wisdom 🙏🏼
