Paul is right…. Lipids do NOT cause atherosclerosis I have atherosclerosis. Why? It has nothing to do with my cholesterol or lipids. (TC-260, HDL - 112, LDL - 143, Triglycerides- 60). Turns out I have the worst version of the P921 gene 🧬 and suboptimal NOS and anti-oxidation genes, and I’m missing the gene that codes for the enzyme needed to make glutathione in my gut. This set of genes make my endothelial lining much more susceptible to damage. And when I was eating the Standard Western American diet and running marathons and half-marathons….I formed atherosclerosis because of damage at the high turbulent spots in my arteries. Thanks to my cardiologist (Dr. Steven Gundry), I did the following: - eliminated all grains and sugar -I eat a low lectin diet (Omnivore) -I gave up CA wines (my glyphosate level went from 26 to 4) - I eat in an 8 hour window -I exercise before my first meal of the day (MADABOLIC) 4 days a week - I get 4+ hours of deep and rem sleep every night -my Metabolic Health as measured by Precision Health Reports on a scale of 1 to 100, 1 being the best….my number is 1. - My fasting Insulin is between 3-4 -HOMIR <1 - hsCRP -.3 -My lipids are Subgroup A - And I feel amazing 🤩 And according to my recent CIMT revealed I have stopped and reversed the inflammation in my carotid arteries. My arteries are now 14 years younger than my chronological age. There is no soft plaque…only older calcified plaque. And I take NO Prescription Medications I take supplements based on my specific bloodwork Oh…and I have just started taking Arterosil to strengthen my glycocalyx. I have it measured via glycocheck. Thanks to doctors like Paul and others….I have been able to find the best course of action for my Health!

You are so right Paul. I have lived in the calorie in and calorie out world for 50 years and it didn’t work. I have also lived in the low fat no fat world and it didn’t work. I am just a skinny fat person with HIGH CHOLESTEROL!!!!!! After another bad cholesterol test in August I decided I am FED UP!!!!!!! Tired of skinless chicken breast!!!!!!! I started listening to one podcast after another and I have finally become totally free from doing what the world has told us to do to get our cholesterol down. Every person I listen to seems to be agree that that processed foods and sugar is the problem so I started there. I am down 14 lbs in three months. My triglycerides went from 105 to 50 and that proves to me the processed foods and sugar are terrible for me. I am totally committed to listening to people like you and learning. Sick care started at my doctors office……. Healthcare started with me. Thanks for teaching ❤ My cholesterol never changes🤷‍♀️ It’s been in the mid 200’s for over 40 years.

What impresses me the most is that although Mike has a medical background he's mostly self taught. Incredible guy.

This is pretty high level medical knowledge that most drs don’t want us to have. Knowledge is power. Power lets us break away from the pharmaceutical industry control.
