I hope this restaurant blows up because it should be everywhere. I avoid eating out because I know most restaurants are cooking and prepping their food with seed oils.
Not only is this massively better for the customers, but also the workers. Like you’ve discussed before, working as a fry cook using seed oils or even being in a kitchen that uses them, you are constantly breathing in toxic aldehydes like acrolein, same thing found in cigarettes! And for 8 hours a day… we need these things gone for the sake of everyone involved!
This is the future of restaurants. High quality healthy affordable food.

When he was talking about how restaurants marinade their steaks in canola oil, I remembered again how stupid and useless restaurants are. WTF is the point of going to one unless you're traveling and starving? To get a $40 steak to be overcooked and take 30 minutes?
“That will be $48.33 for your steak & rice bowl sir”
this restaurant is the real deal, you can tell he really cares
