Absolutely brilliant thank you Paul for this and all you do. I’ve never felt better with a carnivore and now animal based diet (recently added raw milk, honey, and some fruit you recommend) this past two years. Even though I feel much better I do still have some issues and I’ve suspected it’s bacon, pork and eggs, which I consume too much of each day with occasional chicken. It’s now time to start the low / natural evolutionary linoleic acid way of eating to help clean up and restore my mitochondria electron transport factory! 💪 🥩 🧈 🥛 🐄 🐑 🍯 🙂

I have 2 supplements by heart and soil and has improved my health tremendously. I tried a vegan supplement route for 7 years and went from product to product. Now I have found what my body has been needing. ❤
He actually said something hard to comprehend: how can one change their beliefs that ma have stuck with them all their life. It is NOT easy to have a bit of doubt, even for things we may have known all our life. For example, we have always believed that cholesterol is the problem. Now, we know it is not. The first spark is sugar.
I've switched to exclusively red mode on all devices for about 6 years now. I spent a year at a full desk job as an engineer out of college. And my eye strain/pain at the end of the day was nuts. I would just close my eyes for 30 minutes after work to just get it down. After doing research and switching to hard night mode, I have not thought about eye strain since then. Never going back. People walk by my cube and make fun of me, but my eyes never hurt so ill take it 😂
This was INVALUABLE!! Love you guys and Paul ... just a continuous source of inspiration and information... Ty as always ❤
I just want to say to all the people who are critical of Dr Saladino for jumping around from diet to diet etc and for those who say he's a sell-out or whatever. What he is doing is called "fuck around and find out", which is the best and smartest way to discover what works for your body. Ultimately every person is individual with individual needs, but, the best diet across the board for everyone will be a whole foods diet. So whether you choose a vegan diet (as Dr Saladino did for a time) or carnivore (same) or animal based (same) ... just eat real food. The reason Dr Saladino has remained so healthy and fit throughout his journey comes down to the fact that he has always eaten whole foods and he stays active. He finds out what certain foods react in his own body and adjusts accordingly to find optimum health. This is what we all can do. There is really no right or wrong, only what works for you. That's why he always says, after you remove sugar and artificial sweeteners and seed oils, essentially if you're thriving then you do you. The point is to remove processed garbage. Proceed from there and pay attention to what your body is telling you. Don't put yourself in a calorie restrictive jail, and I would add to that, as someone who is in recovery from a severe long-term eating disorder (anorexia and movement addiction), don't put yourself in orthorexic jail either. Your body is not a machine or a calculator. Stressing out about your diet is extremely taxing and unhealthy too. Just be good to yourself. Go outside. Be with people. Rest. Pray.
