Given Ubisoft claimed that we should be comfortable with not owning our games, I'm already comfortable with not owning THEIR games.
“The Call of Duty Killer” just killed itself.
Ubisoft should be comfortable with not owning their company.
Congratulations Ubisoft, UPlay’d yourself
Making a game like this, then putting it on fucking UPlay instead of Steam was certainly a bold move.
Ubisoft lost me when in-game advertisements showed up, and they lied and said it was a "bug." That's not a company that deserves any of my money.
Skull and Bones outlasted Xdeviant. Thats actually insane.
Ubisoft left me on read for 2 years when I tried getting my account back when it got stolen. They responded and I was a little mad when they said they could do nada. Once they got tired of my Karen moment they said they'd punish me and gave me a warning and then also dropped the new username of my hacked account, showing they knew I had the account previously. Insane.
He got it completely right. The biggest problem with XDefiant was that they didn’t release it on Steam. They FORCED you to get it through Ubisoft themselves. When you aren’t a frontrunner like Epic Games or Riot you don’t have the luxury of forcing customers to take extra steps.
Damn, Charlie couldn't see the Rivals vision
