Not enough people react to this masterpiece. A very human film about very human beings..
As a German, I'm a bit closer to European movies and of course I saw this fantastic movie a long time ago. Our French neighbors have an incredible talent and flair for making heartwarming, wonderful movies.
Omar Sy has a smile that makes you feel like you've just met your new best friend. Absolutely love him in every role.
Now you understand why we hate the Kevin Hart version. This is a masterpiece.

What I love the most about this story is they saved each other.
This is why,anyone who has seen this movie, hated that Hollywood did a remake....don't mess with perfection.
The daughter is okay. You can't tell by subtitles only but if you understand the tone of the language you get the vibe that its not that bad.
I'm English and when in college I chose French as one of the subjects. One day they put this film on, to this day it sits in a really special spot as one of my all time favourite films ever.
