Description

“Quit your job and go all in.” It sounds brave, but it’s the most dangerous startup advice I’ve ever heard. In this video, I share my 3-step Stair Step Method on how to go from employee to founder without risking everything. I’ve invested in over 200 startups, and my focus is on helping founders build multimillion-dollar companies without the pressure of the traditional "unicorn or bust" venture capital model. 🚀 Scale Your SaaS with TinySeed If you are a B2B SaaS founder looking for funding, mentorship, and community, check out the accelerator I co-founded. 😬 there’s so much advice that sounds empowering but quietly keeps you broke, “just hustle,” “sleep less,” “do what you love,” I followed all of it and burned out fast. Watching videos like this made me reflect on how much bad advice I swallowed. Not usually commenting but when I stopped romanticizing struggle everything changed. I found Viral Wave Mastery by Victor Hale through a lowkey group and first month around 10k shocked me honestly. Now I’m doing 20k–28k months and entrepreneurship feels calm not chaotic, leaving this here quietly

Some must quit their jobs some must not! It's really a tailored thing I believe.

Good points! I've made the mistake of taking too big of a leap too early. Seemed brave at the time, but was not wise. Trying to be more patient and strategic this time around 😅

This is the attitude, the grounded advice, that makes me a fan of Rob

If you can be focused on your thing, it helps a lot... you always feel like stealing if you are working for someone else and working on your thing. Many of these people are honest people and not scumbags so they feel guilt about it. All this is not present if you are just going on your own. It is hard either way.
