"Stuck at 10k/months" - sounds like a dream 😂
I'd like to be a least $5 a month lol😂
This is so close to home! I fit 100% in the builder category.
Marketing is so hard
Another great video as always.
Thank you Rob! I'm a builder 💪
How would you recommend critical enterprise software start ups to act to aquire abfirst customer? Some products require integration with critical infrastructure which makes their solution hard to take off. This is the case in some industry 4.0 solutions.
Interesting… we are 3 co-founders, I come from product and design world, my two co-founders are technical 1 AI/ML & Backend the other Full Stack. None of us know marketing, but I built advisory board and angels of people with skills we don’t have, like Sr. InfoSec Eng from warby parker, Co-Founder & COO of a $100M company to guide us in operations and business, Sr. Director of Data & Analytics from Braze to help us with Data handling for large enterprise, global head of creative from Snap guiding us in branding, creative, marketing, etc.
Hi Rob love your content. Curious how one goes about learning the 'product' skill? Dev, sales, marketing seem more straight forward on how to actually build. Does product sense just come from experience?
Very well, I have served as technical co-founder to over 50+ SaaS products, and I have seen same thing. Delegating the Developement or product part could ruin your business, without you even realising what is happening.
