It's not a booby trap. It's aggressive landscaping.

Story 1: OP deserves 0/5 because the neighbours daughter drove 10+ times over the flowers and OP just gave them a little parking help
That second story was rough, I will never understand how people can adopt a kid only to not treat them like their own.
The second story sounds like the college fund might have initially been for OP, but as soon as they had their blood child, everything went to her… I feel so bad for OP that their parents are mad at them for asking simple questions that they need answers to.

Story 2: I doubt it'll happen, but if OP sees this, please get a job immediately and start saving everything you can. When you hit 18, they will kick you out talking about "teaching you to stand on your own two feet" or some such nonsense.
