I would still press charges. I can understand wanting privacy at that age but the way she went to break into OP’s house and keep an eye out for him is really disturbing.

Nah, you're telling me she has her own room and is over the age of 20, there are hundreds of things she could have done other than breaking into someone's apartment

Just the fact that she did THIS, instead of just actually going to a friends house or whatever, is reason enough to have brought to psychologist. That is unhinged. She is as close to being a stalked as anyone could be. She planned this probably way before, since she obviously waited til OP broke up with his gf and then went instantly ahead. Used his apartment, his stuff, his shower, his CLOTHES.... It is almost like she wanted to live with a boyfriend, so she did the closest thing to get that. Somehow I believe since she did it once, she will keep on doing it or will do it later on again. Or actually become a stalker

He should've pressed charges... This was so premeditated. The app, the airtag... And she was in his bed, using his clothes and cosmetics? If she wanted space she could've gone to a library or to that friend not BREAK INTO someone's house... She at the very least needs a psych eval because that is a very disturbing behaviour.

What the legit hell is wrong with people? Op 100% needs to press charges and move asap as that is so messed up on every level. She 100% has a crush on this dude. She won't admit it and she has a super low maturity level or she knows he is to old for her. The part where "yes she wore his cloths" tells you a LOT.
