Always remember that reinforced mailbox, fence, and/or wall are not booby trap. Even if it catches boobies.
The second story is classic weaponized incompetence. She doesn't know how to call AAA?
Story 2: he mentioned that she could call AAA, immediate NTA. These situations are the whole reason they pay for AAA. There’s no such thing as “idk how” you literally just call
Last story: It has had an update! Basically OP is just leaving to his dad's house, and the camera mysteriously disapeared. Really hope that he tells the other family about what actually happened and shows them the video (maybe even the Reddit post), since it seems like the mom lied to them.
Last story, send the family the footage and ask if it's alright for it to happen every time he's out of the house.
Set up cameras as evidence is always a good thing in a law suit
Story 1: Setting up a post is not bad if it's within OP's yard. If the neighbors hit it, well it's on them for driving on OP's yard
That last mom needs more than 1/5 that's outright abusive behavior
First story: Businesses often place ‘poles’ between their store and the road, not to be vindictive, but to stop any errant vehicle
Story 3: Love how I was instantly validated when I heard mom was opening her mouth to defend the cheating sister, thinking "Mom's probably a cheater too", then the next thing I hear is the mom is a cheater too.
