I’m inclined to believe the first story is absolutely true. It tracks. The reason some people might not believe it is because these are the stories that are buried. Because of course they are. There are tons of revenge stories like this, but you have to find them. For more I’d recommend starting with the Black landlord who outsmarted his version of “Mr. Business” 😈 Phillip Payton Jr.

Honestly, if that were me in that last story, I'd just set an alarm for the one sound his brain is trained to wake up for and make it go off for random things. Or, if I had access to the guy's phone, I'd turn off his various alarms one by one until his brain is trained to just wake up for the singular alarm.
