Someone DIED because of her negligence and she didn't get fired?! The fuck is wrong with that hospital! She should get fired AND sued to oblivion AT MINIMUM!

I worked at a job with a very strong union. It's kinda impressive what it takes to get fired. People just walk off the job and get a slap on the wrist...
