r/Prorevenge I Destroyed My Evil Boss's Life
The Calculated Takedown of a Narcissistic Boss Using Evidence of Cheating and Abuse
Learn exactly how an employee built a watertight case, turning his abusive manager's lies against him, resulting in a complete career collapse validated by the company owner.
Short Summary
- Document the manager's incompetence, including falsifying productivity claims and unfair employee treatment.
- Prove the manager prioritized an affair over work obligations, using forged business trips as cover.
- Meticulously collect admissible evidence, including voicemails and external confirmations of infidelity.
- Successfully deliver compounded evidence directly to the owner (the manager's father-in-law), triggering immediate intervention.
This narrative details the systemic failure of a senior manager, "Stalin," in a Belgian wholesale company who believed his entitlement (derived from marrying the owner's daughter) exempted him from work. The narrator, second in command, details Stalin’s laziness, false loyalty tests, and eventual downfall after the narrator hacked his emails and recorded a workplace tirade. Understanding this case study reveals how comprehensive documentation can neutralize arrogance when standard conflict resolution fails.

The timestamps aren't for this video. This video doesn't even need timestamps.
Depending on the country OP could sue for defamation. Trash talking your employees when other potential employers call is a major no no.
Wait, how did Natalie not know Stalin was married? He mentioned his wife at the New Year's party, so unless she wasn't there, she would have heard that
9:10 I reckon OP can sue for this. There has been a similar case in that video where you had the "[employee] worked with us for such and such period" episode.
I like how rSlash is going back to the old favourite subs. @rSlash, on the off chance you actually read this - maybe give r/traumatisethemback a try.
I will give "bigboss" at least 1 idiot score for appointing someone without any skills, and zero follow-up training or supervision, such a career path. He kind of brought it onto himself.
If I was promised time off, already booked an international holiday, and then was told by my boss that the time off was being cancelled, I would just tell him that me requesting the time off is just a courtesy and I won’t be coming in those days.
Aah, yes. A nice 23 minute slash video over a hot cup of cocoa☺️ Stay warm, Slash Fam
You know the video is going to be good when is entirely dedicated to a single story.
I was in an employment class which among other things, taught us about interviewing. The facilitator asked the class what were the benefits we would like the company to provide. After naming the usual ones, Health and Dental Care, 401K, etc, and the more creative one like free childcare, Flex Time, Motivation days, etc., he told us we had totally forgotten the most important benefit of all. That was to have a great boss. If you really hated going to work every day due to a lousy boss, and are miserable, all the other benefits aren’t worth it.
