Thank you for having us for Round 3! 💚
the BIGGEST gem I took from this podcast is that the internal struggle you have when fighting a addiction or behaviour IS the sign of willpower. I always thought of myself as weak because I would always have this struggle and that meant I wasn't disciplined or determined enough. Now I see the key to overcoming any behaviour is to CONTINUE fighting. The longer you go the easier it gets. thank you for helping all young men around the world become stronger
I've been sober from alcohol for 17 years. The first ten years through AA. The last 7 through practices similar to these. I do notice my behaviors. If I stop making my bed, or stop wearing my seatbelt? These are subtle self harm actions that are relapse symptoms. Im grateful to be aware of my behaviors. Grateful I've been sober since 9/13/2008. ❤
Question - do you like these types of convos? If so please hit the like button on the vid - that’s the best way to vote for more like this ❤ (also, would be doing me a big favour if you could subscribe & join our community 🙏🏾🥲) I appreciate you - SB!
How dare YouTube hide this from me for 8 seconds
The biggest mistake is watching this interview without a notebook. There's gem after gem after gem and at the end you don't remember anything.
I want to break the cycle, like my comment to remind me of it. Good luck to you all.
Do not fear being alone. Solitude is not loneliness. Be comfortable with and by yourself and others will be comfortable with and by you.
" if you conquer that addiction, you will be a different person." 🔥🔥🔥
