'Heaviest weight at the gym is the front door' .... Golden lines ❤❤
I work out between 4:15am to 5:30am every day 6x a week. It's the only time that works for me! It has to be first thing in the morning because at that time there is no excuse and I get it out of the way AND it improves the rest of my day.

3 months ago I could not perform 1 push up. I learned to break down the movement and every single day I would perform one tiny movement. Today, I can do 10 push ups. Yes, I agree, consistency IS the secret.
“The person who’s having fun is actually dangerous “ love this! This so true! Once I’m having fun, no one is stoping me !
I love James Clear and his anti-gym bro energy. The gym bros will say “Do it. No matter what! discipline is suffering”, but James Clear says “If it’s hard to start, you won’t do it. Make it easy.”
The "hat, haircut, tattoos" analogy.... Memorable! 👏
57:30 - OMG…now I get why aristocracy and rich always had a designated space for every activity! Think about it! There was a desk designed to respond to letters only, there was a library for acadmic work, there was a whole area of the mansion for getting dressed and ready… different rooms for different people… Today, we live in tiny spaces and boast about having transformers for furniture -its a bed, desk, couch all in one and we are surprised that we struggle to keep the good habits???😮😮
I am loving this book so much! I had gone into such a mental slump, didn’t even think I could wake up before 06:30 anymore! I’m back to waking up at 5AM, going for a run, and rewarding myself with a creamy cup of coffee before proceeding with my productive day! Thank you
Read this guys book 5 years ago and it changed my life. Helped me lose 30 kilos and get fit. Thanks James!
