Him talking about how great Paul was ground my gears. My father never met a stranger. Wasn’t a person on earth he wouldn’t give the shirt off his back. He was generous, gregarious, and had a fantastic sense of humor. He also routinely beat my mother to within an inch of her life. No one knew but our immediate family. No one would have believed us. You can be a wisened generous piece of shit.

The ONLY reason AM is being humble & apologizing for stealing $$ is because he was caught. He fast talked and charmed until he couldn’t.

Let me add Creighton did a great job showing the jury when Alex was lying. Alex remembers everything from ‘98 to now but anytime they asked something damning like his badge use and other things he “doesn’t recall”

IMHO I feel like Creighton might be trying to humanize the financial victims. It's easy to overlook that these were real people who trusted Alex implicitly. I know when he talked about Elise Mallory I actually teared up. Horrible horrible situation all around.

Him saying loan instead of stole is like amber heard using pledge and donate synonymously

I have questions with the drug stuff....that is way too much money and drug dealers don't take personal checks.

He always nods his head up and down whenever he lies when saying no. Most people shake their head when denying something. He always nods his head. "No, I did not shoot my wife. ***nodding head saying yes***

Interesting how in talking about Maggie and Paul, although he was requested to elaborate on his relationships with each of them he didn't say anything about his personal relationships with each of them. He only described each of them individually in the way that you would describe somebody that you love but he did not talk about the personal relationship between each of them and him. He left that part completely out. He did not answer the questions.

The more he talks, the more I believe he is capable of anything because he believes he can talk his way out.
