I started my journey at 395 lbs I am glad that I found your videos I have found your research refreshing it shows me this is not just your opinion. I am down to 270 but I am finally actually working towards getting that healthy body back it honestly is nice just to know that I can get back into the shape I was. I am 58 if I don't get it taken care of now it will only get harder. Keep up the great work and thank you
