Hi Tom. After following you for a few years I’ve now fully committed to intermittent fasting and the results are already enough to keep me committed. I’m doing 16:8 for the time being, 5 days per week. I’m already a very active person and enjoy my athletic lifestyle - but my performance has gone through the roof since IF. Coincidence? Maybe. But I don’t think it is. I hit my first sub-20 minute 5K (fasted), my strength has increased, my muscle has increased. My workouts feel more intense (fasted). I’m all in. Thanks for the amazing content you continue to produce. Cheers from England!

I really appreciate ur genuine authentic personality thomas Ur real n say things off the cuff U have somehiw inspired n helped me get off sugar n eat so much better I ataer out each day watching ur vids, n mostky warch them during the day U managed t help myself, senior woman w certsin disabilities overcome the transformation n horrible anxiety from moving frim an island t very busy mainland U had a real calming affect upon me Its really quite stunning, i just couldnt adapt n yes im almost doing keto Much mahalos❤🎉😅😮
