All this min / max'ing stuff is getting crazy. High protein, whole foods, weigh training , low cardio. Good enough f0r me.

I came to this conclusion a while back. That it seems every time I worked out just legs and nothing else my legs gets leaner but not my stomach.

i’ve been watching a lot of of your videos. I watch it through the YouTube app on my TV so it doesn’t allow me to put comments for some reason anyway I came on my phone to leave a comment and say I think that you do a fantastic job of explaining real life with some scientific fact to back it up. I was a personal trainer for years Apex certified that allowed me to prescribe nutrition. I also studied nutrition in college, but it’s refreshing to watch your videos. You’ve obviously done a lot of homework and present it in an easy to watch manner
I hope they study this even more!
