This should have been a multi-day test first thing in the morning after fasting, and weighed exactly. Then we'd have a much more accurate assessment
Blood sugar spikes isn't my main concern, it's the inflammatory response I seriously don't want and I don't know a way of measuring that.
I feel like you should have made this part of a series, Tom. Would be nice to see the baseline affect.
I love these vids! Can you do one with different sweeteners? Like monk fruit, stevia, xylitol and so on? That would be very informative 😅
If you decide to do a blood glucose comparison episode again, (which I’m totally into seeing) maybe film it over the course of a week. Like every morning test one item, so that there’s less speculation, and more factual data. Seems like your tummy might be happier with that method too. 😋
