This should have been a multi-day test first thing in the morning after fasting, and weighed exactly. Then we'd have a much more accurate assessment

Blood sugar spikes isn't my main concern, it's the inflammatory response I seriously don't want and I don't know a way of measuring that.

If you decide to do a blood glucose comparison episode again, (which I’m totally into seeing) maybe film it over the course of a week. Like every morning test one item, so that there’s less speculation, and more factual data. Seems like your tummy might be happier with that method too. 😋

Interesting start. Better would to have done one type of nut a day at the same time to better compare the effects, and to include peanuts and pistachios.
