I started lacto-fermenting my own foods this summer. It's actually so easy to do and makes vegetables taste so much better in my opinion.
I just started drinking the PaleoValley Bone Broth Protein. Hope it’s not full of anything bad that I’ll find out later. But it’s touted as 100% Grass fed beef bone broth. Hoping it helps my gut health and IBS. 🤞thanks Thomas for another great video!
