Like all research, look who is funding it. If Nabisco is funding the research Oreos will be good for cardiac health.
I've been on carnivore for one year. Never has my gut been more stable, nonproblematic, non bloated, with almost zero gas. Eat whatever makes you feel your best.
Maybe the issue is there’s a HUGE 🙌 difference between Organic Grass Fed Grass Finished Pasture Raised Unvaccinated Beef 🥩 and Bio-engineered Vaccinated GMO Corn Glyphosate Saturated Force-Fed COMMERCIAL STALL Raised low quality Beef…. And the gut biome diversity that results from the aforementioned types of Beef ingested 🤨
I'm sick of the nuances and uncertainties in the fitness, health and nutrition space. This 💩wears me out.
Increasing meat & lowering carbs has reduced my inflammatory responses, including allergies.

8:25 Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) is good for you. Garlic also increases H2S in the body. H2S increases vasodilation, helps prevent CVD, is anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective.
Carnivore works great for me.
In Asia for example China people traditionally consume red meat in the form of a combination of stirred meat and veges. Plus beef is generally regarded as a healthy food on our culture. Almost nobody even thinks beef is unhealthy 😂
