My replacements... 1) Cooled boiled potatoes with chopped boiled eggs 2) Kind Zero Dark Chocolate Bar 3) Kefir & berries with allulose 4) Iced mate or electrolytes drink 5) Protein Smoothie 6) In N Out 4x2 plain 7) Quality deli cuts with avocado spread and Dave's Killer Bread. 8) Protein Bowl 9) Fruit or Kind Zero Dark Chocolate Bar 10) Sardines or mackeral 11) Magic Spoon Protein Cereal 12) Allulose and sometimes honey 13) Chickpea or lentil pasta 14) Air fryer chicken
Make your own ice cream, real cream and eggs yolks, a dash of vanilla blend, freeze and voila. Its delicious. No sugar or carbs

For the candy craving just have an 85% Dark Chocolate bar (or higher cocoa). It will satisfy your cravings while only giving you 1/3 the sugar in a soda can.
I replace mayonnaise with lite sour cream and a little salt for things like tuna salad and dips. Less caloric and not all the oils.
