Mct is versatile, drink it drizzle it cook with it mix it with olive oil (softens the harsh olive flavor-especially when doing shots!) for all of the above.

I tried sardines for the first time yesterday (no there was no heads lol, so made it less daunting to try Hanah) I really liked them on my rye muffin for breakfast with brown mushrooms etc etc. I noticed the mackerel there on the shelves, now I'll try that too. Prefer to get my omega thru real food. Really appreciate all these videos 100 %
