Brew your espresso the way you like it. 2. Fill your pitcher with 4x the amount of water of your espresso. In the video it’s 160g of water and ~40g of espresso. 3. Steam your water until it’s between 60-70°C (140-158°F). 4. Skim the crema off your espresso. 5. Pour the steamed water into your drinking vessel of choice followed by your espresso. 6. Stir and enjoy! *Aerocano* 1. Brew your espresso and skim the crema - this will be easier if you let your espresso rest for a minute. 2. Fill your pitcher with 85g of ice and 65g of water (Shorter ratio of espresso to water is fine - especially if you’re pouring your coffee over ice as it will dilute over time). 3. Steam for 8-10 seconds (don’t let it get too warm). 4. Pour into a chilled glass, or over ice, and enjoy! *Steamed Americano* 1. Brew your espresso and skim the crema - this will be easier if you let your espresso rest for a minute. 2. Add 160g of water to your pitcher (the colder the better, you’ll have more time to steam), followed by your espresso. 3. Steam together until 60-70°C. 4. Pour and enjoy! I don't drink coffee but I make my wife coffee every morning. I made her an Americano using steamed water without telling her this morning. I'm currently watching her try to figure out why it's so good. It's adorable. I think you're amazing for being able to teach a man who has never tasted coffee how to make coffee good enough to make his wife smile.

Im so glad you are a very popular youtube channel because if I order an "americano, steam the water", there is at least a non zero chance they have seen your video and will not immediately kick me out of the cafe

“Forgive the mess, and the chaos” James says about a kitchen space more clean, organized, and well laid out than any kitchen I’ve ever lived with.
