Language is also a carrier of culture. It is how we enter and perceive of our symbolic world as children.
My doggie really agrees that he can recognize so many words and just because he can't speak doesn't mean he doesn't understand. Vocal learning research helps me recover my voice after vocal fold surgery.
It would be very interesting to hear Dr. Huberman and Dr. Josef talk about the effects of antidepressants on the brain and if their use should be reconsidered etc.
I do agree that, if you are consistently putting effort into your muscles with proper diet and supplement, you can outlive longer, both physically and mentally, since exercise links to release of various hormones, including testosterone which is crucial in feeling focused and motivated, it was wonderful to get to know Dr. Jarvis
I just saw D'Angelo's stream about Huberman and I *cannot* wait to learn how to communicate with my spouses from this video!
