Who tf thinks alcohol is a health food
The problem with our young generations is social media.
Lack of community I think is an issue for my generation.
Just did 105 days no booze and barely smoked, drank again and gained back fat/water weight... now back to no drinking and barely smoke weed. After drinking and smoking from 17-40 I have been on and off alcohol, no DUI's, no big issues, at 54 I just like being sober... I feel better. No judgement to drinkers and smokers, I would encourage you to at least start with taking a month or 3 off, it feels great!
Add in 20mins a day of cardio, your brain regenerates. Psilocybin also creates new brain cells. Personally I like to rotate, one Saturday night I'll smoke up a storm and enjoy it, next Saturday night I'll have some shrooms. No alcohol. Exercise every day - that's vital. Meditate, have a purpose bigger than your self. It's ok to Live a little. Viva la shroom
I'd be curious to see studies of brains of depressed people, very anxious people, sex addicts, lonely and sad who do not take any substance and compare their brains to healthy, happy, highly functioning alcohol and weed users. Because I believe in the intrinsic link between mind and body - I also believe the why and how make a difference - and feel like his speech goes only one way and lacks scientific nuance. He hovered over the set/setting as being important for mushrooms, but never wanted to say any good word about it. The scientific research on Psylocibin (shrooms) is pretty clear that it is not neurotoxic and even helps getting the brain interconnected. Discounting the positives is a cognitive distortion and I don't appreciate it in my science talks. 😕

I quit alcohol and smoking weed, I’m so much happier and feel so much better about myself. I also don’t experience a lot of emotional deregulation like I use to. I’m able to process my emotions and regulate them and respond in a mature way rather than simply reacting and causing more drama than necessary. I also have way more energy and if I’m tired, I still get shit done cause I’m not justifying stopping to take a hit or have a drink.

I can't believe he's still alive! I thought be passed many years ago when I saw the news????? This Mandela affect had really caused a lot of confusions. 😂
