The other thing about the defense's opening that I think Dick screwed the pooch on was his assertion that there's no way that a father could do this to his wife and son. Like, statistically he's just wrong; family annihilation is one of the most common types of mass deaths in our country, and it's almost always the case of the father murdering his children, their mother, and then attempting suicide.

I want to see the prosecution show us Alex's prior phone habits. Does he turn to plane mode to save battery w consistency . Investigate last two week's of his habits w phone being inaccessible during these same hours or at all? Same w KB trial. What were habits w turning phone off leading up to day of alleged crime causing them to be sus?!
