Who else loves Dr Fung's frank and very blunt way of explaining things? Very refreshing.
This is my 4th year without any diabetic medication due to Jason's advice. Intermittent Fasting.
Finally an expert answers the age old question of how much protein do you actually need to prevent muscle loss. Thank You Dr Fung!

PLEASE READ THIS! Found your amazing channel, and at 75 yrs of age, female, i have lost 53 lbs, do daily IF on 18/6 schedule, now have reached normal BMI and my doc is thrilled with my normal blood results, no blood pressure problems. Took me 2.5 years. I don’t miss sugar and carbs, and i used to be very addicted to carbs, my heritage is Polish and we love our potatoes, cakes, pies and dumplings! It was a shock to me to realize that i just don’t get hungry when i am doing IF. Even my doc, who is of Indian nationality, can’t see herself living without daily bowls of rice. She is amazed by how I eat, so imagine the general population being persuaded to change for the better. You have your work cut out for you my friend! BUT i am a living and breathing example. Don’t ever stop doing what you’re doing. Sending love. Thank you!
