It's been so cool watching your channel grow! I'm so excited for when you reach 1 mil! You deserve it :)
That last testimony at 3:06:13 made me sick to my stomach. As I heard it, the last time the phone was moved--and I conclude reached it's final location in the ditch a half mile outside the driveway--was 9:06 p.m., which was the time he was leaving the property, right? He either left the property at the same time as the person who disposed of her phone or he was the person.
Watching the phone data analysis makes me wonder how anyone got charged for anything prior to mobile phone technology. it's incredible how much stuff they log!
Alex calls Maggie repeatedly but NEVER ONCE calls Paul to ask him know where Maggie was or if she was still with Paul. Alex knew Maggie and Paul were together. Alex never called Paul, instead immediately calls Rogan very Wierd.
How is it…if Alex supposedly was at the residence at the time on the timeline that Maggies phone apparently went silent for the last time how is it Alex didn’t hear the gunshots?!
Omg I didn't think about the step trackers syncing up! woah
This judge feels like a teacher. Like your favourite teacher ever. "Well, what are we learning today? Mr Waters, Mr Poot? Speak to me. That's very interesting. How else could that go?"
"you dont get to come in and feng shui the crime scene" was a beautiful statement and i love it. it made my day. <3
I could not be on a jury that did not allow note-taking because my short-term memory is almost non-existent. Sure, lock my notes up and don't let me take them home, but I can't reasonably determine guilt/doubt of guilt with my memory otherwise.
Watching this trial in 2025 with a middle schooler in my life is definitely testing my maturity. SIX SEVEN
